Janie had never been interested in finding her estranged father--he missed the first twenty-three years of her life, so why would she want anything to do with him as an adult? But when tragedy strikes, she finds herself embarking on an impromptu road trip with the most unlikely of accomplices--Aaron, an OCD computer nerd with a penchant for finding people who don't want to be found.
As they grow closer during their search, Janie begins to wonder if finding her father will do more harm than good. Should family secrets be unearthed? Or is it sometimes best to hide from the truth?
